World Class Laugar
Continuously opened for more than 15 years, World Class Laugar is one of the locals’ favorite gyms in Reykjavik. It is one of the largest World Class gyms in the city, spanning over 7,150 square meters and boasts with tons of equipment and top notch spa facilities.
What fitness facilities does World Class Laugar offer?
This massive gym is separated into several areas. The functional station features Life Fitness equipment, including a large Crossfit box with battle ropes and suspension trainers. There is a spinning room with bikes, and a large strength training area with modern resistance machines, more cardio equipment and stations for Olympic weightlifting.
If you would prefer a guided workout you can book a private training sessions or one of the group classes, including hot yoga in the infrared room, or tabata, strength training and Pilates. The gym also has an onsite spa, which features a sauna, dry bath, steam bath and a swimming pool. Finally you can have a healthy meal or an energetic shake in the gym’s cafe.

How do I find the gym in Laugardalur Reykjavik?
You can find this gym on the Swimming Pool Road, between the Laugardalsvöllur stadium and the Reykjavik campsite. Free parking is available on site, and you can also catch the bus No. 14 and exit at the Laugardalslaug station, which is just a minute away.
