🏆 Just over the water to the east of Montreal is Nautilus Plus Brossard, a vast fitness complex at the heart of a retail complex in the suburb of Brossard. It’s comprehensive in its facilities and industry-leading in its quality. A great option for visitors to the Montreal area.

🏋️ With separate areas for different disciplines, you’ll find everything you need for your workout. A large weights area has both machines and free weights, while the cardio area has a broad array of machine options. There is also a Hammer Strength zone, as well as indoor turf and a punch bag for boxing. There are squash courts, and the option of a sauna and massotherapy after your workout.

📌 Part of Brossard’s main shopping and retail area, Nautilus Plus Brossard is found just off the Autoroute 10, on Avenue Panama. There is parking available immediately beside the gym. A number of buses stop just a couple of minutes walk from the gym doors.
