🏆 Located in the eastern part of Calgary, HER GYMVMT - Westbrook Mall has served female fitness enthusiasts since 1980, and continuously grew and improved since then. It offers a great range of equipment, and is particularly loved for the encouraging workout environment.

🏋️ This gym was built on group fitness classes, and they are still the main reason for its popularity. There are three group training studios, where you can build your strength, work on your cardio in cycling classes or restore your body and mind with yoga. There is also a good weight training and functional fitness area if you prefer training alone, and the kids section allows you to take your children with you.

📌 The gym sits on the Bow Trail SW street in the Rosscarrock neighborhood. It’s within walking distance from the Shaganappi neighborhood and the Bow River. It's easy to find the gym by car, and you can also arrive by light rail or bus, both of which have stations nearby.
