Fitness Time Plus combines fitness and luxury, specifically designed for people seeking privacy and an outstanding atmosphere. Activity must be stopped during the times of prayer. We have been operating in our purpose built facility for seven years. A lot of thought went into our floor plan and equipment purchasing. This allows multiple members to workout at the same time without having to wait for equipment.

We are located between Halswell and Prebbleton at 272 Springs Rd, right beside Hillside ITM.

We support our local teams, schools and businesses through sponsorship and the donation of goods and services.
