Energy Health Clubs also offers personal training packages and we have one of the largest selection of Studio Classes in Sonoma County. Our Group Exercise / Studio Classes include the world famous Zumba Dance Party, TRX, Spin classes and Boot Camps we offer the staple classes such as Yoga and Step. For those of you looking for something different, we proudly offer water aerobics classes multiple times during the week as well.
