# Welcome to the Center Erding! Our center in Erding offers you outstanding training possibilities through large training areas and the variety of cardio machines, weight machines and additional equipment. The functional area is with TRX ®Frame, ViPR, kettlebells, core bags, medicine balls, etc. is an extremely popular and frequently used training area. All course rooms, the entire training area and the reception including the fitness bar are located on one level. A unique climbing experience is guaranteed at the Erdinger climbing wall, which is the highest of all 5 body + soul climbing walls at 14m. We also have a Boulder Cave and a 3m Slackline - the best training conditions for climbing enthusiasts. Unique to body + soul is our cycling amphitheater with 42 bikes. To relax after the workout is especially the pool area, with panoramic views of our Bavarian mountains near Fön, recommended. Cottage feeling and absolute holiday mood comes when relaxing by the fireplace in our spa.
