# Welcome to the Center English Garden! In our Center English Garden you will find a generous free weight area and a modern QUEENAX system with specially rubberized PAVIGYM floor, a stylish spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, adventure and showers, foot pool and relaxing relaxation room. The center is split over two levels and offers a relaxed feel-good atmosphere with its large glass front overlooking the park and the inviting lounge. In the upper floor you can expect a large area of strength with versatile training equipment from CYBEX ® , a stretching area, POWER PLATE ® stations, milon ® strength endurance circle, FREEMOTION ® cable tension lines , rowing machines, e-spinners, Krankcycle® , WOODWAY CURVE, the QUEENAX System and three studios where our versatile and innovative Group Fitness course offerings are taking place. On the lower floor, our experienced team welcomes you to the customer service and is ready for drinks or snacks - the large, comfortable lounge invites you to linger. The free child care service, the latest-generation Cardio equipment park by Matrix and the spacious changing rooms with attached wellness area, outdoor sauna and large terrace complete the floor. You can easily reach us by car, parking facilities are sufficiently available, or with the U6 (stop "Alte Heide"). Come on over, we'll show you our center and take time for you and your goals.
