In an industry where fitness clubs tend to come and go, our roots go back more than 25 years. The original Milestone Fitness Center opened in 1984. After 15 years of success, the center partnered with Baptist Hospital East and moved to our current location off Bowling Boulevard, behind The Mall St. Matthews.
