Welcome to 3T-Steinkjer, the city's largest and safest gym We have large and airy premises spread over three levels, so with us there is plenty of space. We have a well-equipped fitness and strength department with appliances from renowned Cybex, solarium and a wide range of group training. We hope that you, as a member, and you who may not be, want to reach your goals in our training rooms. We are a serviced center and here you will always find someone who smiles and welcomes you. We also have professionals who would like to set up a training program adapted to you - absolutely free! If you want really close follow-up, we recommend that you contact one of our Personal Trainers. We warmly welcome all new and existing members to 3T-Steinkjer training.
