# About 3T Ranheim In the heart of Ranheim is one of 3T's newest and most beautiful fitness center. You will find us in the stands at Extra Arena, and here you will find everything you might want for inner training. We offer large rooms over two levels, with delicate wardrobes, a varied group timetable, a fantastic equipment park and staff ready to take your training a step further. At 3T-Ranheim you will find equipment from Technogym and Eleiko of the highest quality, which will give you extra benefit from the training. Here you will find everything you might need for fitness and exercise equipment, lifting platforms, free weights, 30 meters long running track and just about anything else you might want for exercise equipment. If you really want to take the training a step further, the center also has very competent Personal Trainers with long experience.
