About 3T-Orkanger offers you the most in group training and also has a fitness room that gives you the challenges you may need. There will be more and more focus on staying in physical good shape, and this helps us through good guidance and instruction from our competent trainer. If you want to try a group lesson, a dedicated and motivating instructor will guide you through the hour, whether you are in the spin room or aerobics hall. We have something to offer everyone, both untrained and well trained. When you come to us, you will be greeted by our skilled receptionists. They are ready to give you the service you need. If you want to raise your training to a higher level, our PTs are ready to help you with the goals you have set yourself.
